From the Dashboard, tap the "Create Invoice" button. Fill in your customer details, add line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices, then save. You can choose from 5 professional PDF templates when sharing or printing your invoice.
Yes. Invoice Mate is designed to work fully offline. You can create invoices, quotes, add expenses, and manage customers without an internet connection. All changes sync automatically when you're back online.
If you're registered for GST, enable it in Settings. The App will automatically calculate 10% GST on your invoice and quote line items. You can also track GST on expenses. The Reports section shows your GST collected and paid for each fiscal year.
Yes. When viewing an accepted quote, you can convert it directly into an invoice with a single tap. All line items, amounts, and customer details are carried over automatically.
Go to Settings, then tap on your company information. You can upload your company logo there. Once uploaded, your logo will appear on all invoices and quotes generated through the App. Recommended size is 800x400 pixels (PNG or JPG, max 500KB).
Yes. Go to the Export section from the More menu. You can export your fiscal year financial summary in Excel or PDF format, making it easy to share with your accountant at tax time.

Invoice Mate includes 5 professionally designed PDF templates: Modern Australian, Clean Corporate, Minimalist Pro, Professional, and Minimal. All templates include your company details, logo, ABN, and banking information.
The App automatically detects overdue invoices based on the due date. Overdue invoices are highlighted on your Dashboard and in the Invoices list. You can also view aged receivables in the Reports section.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Each user's data is completely isolated - no one else can access your records. We use Google Firebase infrastructure, which is trusted by millions of applications worldwide. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
You can request account deletion by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your account and all associated data. Please export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Invoice Mate is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) now. An Android version is coming soon.
Yes. Invoice Mate is currently free to use with all features included. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but core functionality will remain accessible.
